Quality care for high-achieving women shouldn't sit on a shelf marked "someday." Here's how we make consistent, expert therapy genuinely doable.

You know the feeling…

You've searched for a therapist before. The ones who felt right were out of budget, and the ones in budget never quite fit. You're already stretched with rent, the next deadline, the mental tabs you never close. So therapy keeps moving down the list, filed under "when things calm down."

But things don't calm down. You keep running the same patterns, managing instead of healing, telling yourself you'll deal with it later. And somewhere underneath the achievement, a quieter voice keeps asking for something more sustainable.

Your mental health was never meant to be the luxury you keep deferring.

HOW AFFORDABLE THERAPY WORKS HERE

❋ 01 - Out-of-network reimbursement

If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurer reimburses you directly for many clients, which averages around 80% of the session fee. We handle the verification.

❋ 02 - Reduced-rate sessions

We hold a limited number of reduced-rate spots [$120–$160] so consistent care stays within reach during a tighter season.

❋ 03- HSA / FSA & transparent pricing

Therapy is an eligible HSA/FSA expense, so you can use pre-tax dollars. Standard sessions are $220–$260. Stated upfront, no hidden fees, and a Good Faith Estimate so you always know what to expect.

AFFORDABLE THERAPY MIGHT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF

If you recognize yourself in a few of these, a free consult is a low-stakes way to find out what's possible.

  • You've had false starts - therapy felt good, then the cost made it the first thing to go.
  • You can technically afford it, but the price makes every session feel like a guilty splurge.
  • You want someone who actually gets the pressure of being driven, capable, and quietly exhausted.
  • You've been curious about therapy for ages but set it aside because it seemed like a luxury.
  • You want consistency, not a few sessions you abandon when money gets tight.
  • You're ready to invest in yourself - you just need the numbers to actually make sense.

How It Works
  • Standard sessions are $220–$260. Because we're out-of-network, many clients are reimbursed an average of around 80% by their insurance. We also hold a limited number of reduced-rate spots and accept HSA/FSA, so the real out-of-pocket cost is often far lower than the sticker price.

  • If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, your insurer reimburses you directly. For many of our clients, that amounts to about 80% of the fee. We verify your benefits before you start, so there are no surprises.

  • Yes. We keep a limited number of reduced-rate spots open, so cost is less likely to interrupt consistent care. Availability changes month to month- mention it on your free consult, and we'll tell you what's currently open.

  • Yes. Therapy is an eligible expense, so you can pay with your HSA or FSA card and use pre-tax dollars.

  • No. The standard of care is the same regardless of how you pay. Every session, full-fee, out-of-network, or reduced-rate, is held to the same clinical standard and supervision.
