About Lauren

I work primarily with working women who appear successful on paper, but are in pursuit of stronger coping skills for sustainable mental health and wellness at work.

Who I Help:

  • Working women navigating languishing self-care.

  • Working women facing performance anxiety.

  • Women in demanding professional industries: financial services, law and

    technology.

  • Women navigating the balance of family dynamics and career milestones.

My background in business development and mental health allows me to offer a direct, no-BS and deeply attuned approach. I understand professional drive, and the cost when it may go unchecked.

I offer flexible scheduling with early morning, evening, and virtual sessions to meet you where you are both logistically and emotionally.

My approach is integrative and collaborative. I pull from:

  • for performance anxiety and achievement-related stress

  • for goal-setting and intentional life changes

  • to foster confidence, self-esteem, and compassion

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in business development, market research, and consulting. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Now, I bring that insight into my therapeutic practice. I specialize in women’s occupational wellness, supporting clients as they build emotional resilience, and develop healthier coping skills for sustainable mental health and wellness at work.
